Privacy Policy

OneKeep is designed as a local-first app. This policy explains how the app handles your data.

1. Local storage

Your events, expenses, notes, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using SQLite.

2. No account required

OneKeep does not require a user account to use its core features.

3. No cloud sync by default

The app does not upload your captures to a cloud service by default. Your content stays on-device unless you choose to export it.

4. Exports you control

If you export data such as expense CSV or PDF files, those files are created only when you request them and are shared using your device’s system share options.

5. Notifications

If local reminders or notifications are added in the future, they will be managed on your device and controlled through iOS settings where applicable.

6. Data deletion

You can delete your local app data from within the app using the Delete All Data option in Settings.
